Start a brief
  • $150 Monthly care, from
  • 2 $2,000 package revision rounds

Website Care keeps your site calm on top: every month the pages, links, contact route and phone layouts get checked, recoverable copies are kept, and small edits get made.

Website Care

The work underthe waterline

  1. 001 Checked every month

Every month we check your pages, links, contact forms and mobile layout, so problems turn up on our schedule, not through a customer.

  2. 002 Copies you can get back

Recoverable copies of your site files, so if something goes wrong there’s a version to put back.

  3. 003 Edits, then a short summary

Up to 30 minutes of edits and small fixes each month, then a short note on what got checked and what got done.

Your website build

Charlie Piazza, owner of Quattro Tech
About

Hi, I’mCharlie.

I’m based in the Buffalo area, and I’m the person behind Quattro Tech. I build websites and software, including Arca, a reading and listening app I’ve been developing from the ground up.

I’m drawn to the whole process: figuring out an idea, shaping how it looks, and making it work. I use modern tools, including AI, but I stay hands-on with the decisions and details that make each project its own.

Quattro is how I bring that work to other business owners. You work directly with me, from the first conversation through the build, and ongoing care if you want it.

Working with me

  1. Agreed before I start

Scope, price and schedule are settled first, and you approve a preview before anything goes live.

  2. It stays yours

Your domain, your hosting, your files. If you stop care, your current site files are handed over.

  3. Straight answers

If something isn’t included, I’ll say so and quote it first. No promises about rankings or sales.

Something not covered here? Email us.

001Do I own my website?

Yes. You own your domain and hosting accounts. Site files and transferable custom work are handed over after payment. Renewals, hosting and optional services are paid directly by you, and any added cost needs your approval first.

002What does the $2,000 package include?

The $2,000 package covers up to three static pages, one basic inquiry form, your existing branding, light edits of supplied copy and two revision rounds. We confirm your exact pages, form destination, materials and schedule in the written proposal.

003How do payments work?

The $2,000 package is split into two payments: $1,000 upfront and $1,000 after you approve the completed preview, before launch. Other projects have payment terms agreed in their written quote. Your proposal confirms payment dates and any applicable tax.

004Can you quote a smaller or different project?

Smaller website projects are available at $500 where the agreed scope fits. Every project is quoted for the work involved; the $2,000 package is one option. Unusual projects, extra pages and additional features receive a custom quote.

005Is monthly care required?

Care is optional. Website Care is $150/month with monthly checks, recoverable copies, a summary and up to 30 minutes of edits and small fixes. Care and Content is $300/month with the base services plus one short project story OR a substantial existing-page update and four social captions. Its two shared hours total cover edits, fixes, content and one content revision round, including the base edit allowance.

006What if I want changes after launch?

On a care plan, edits and small fixes come out of your monthly time: up to 30 minutes on Website Care, or a shared 2 hours on Website Care and Content that also covers content and one revision round. Send requests by email. Larger repairs, redesigns and extra work get a quote first.

007Can I cancel care?

Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel before your next billing period, and your current site files are supplied for handover.

008Do you guarantee rankings or more calls?

No. Search rankings, inquiries and sales are not guaranteed, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What you get is a clear site that shows your work and makes contact easy, checked every month if you’re on a care plan.

009What do you need from me to start?

A short brief: your current website if you have one, your services, service area, logo, supplied copy and any usable photos. From there we confirm a written proposal and any optional care.

010Is there emergency support?

No. Checks are monthly, without continuous monitoring or emergency response. Send requests by email. Small fixes come out of your monthly time, and larger repairs get a quote first.
