Website Care
Checks, copies, small fixes
$150/month
- Monthly page, link, contact and mobile checks
- Recoverable site-file copies
- Up to 30 minutes of edits and small fixes
- A short monthly summary
Regular checks and approved updates for the information customers rely on. Choose care separately from a website build.
A website can need attention when an offer ends, a service changes, a link points to an old destination or recent work is missing. Optional monthly care provides a regular check and an agreed allowance for edits and small fixes.
Before agreeing care for an existing site, we review its platform, access and requested work. Larger repairs, redesigns and additional features receive a separate quote.
Review pages, important links, the contact route and phone layouts.
Keep recoverable copies of the site files.
Make approved edits and small fixes within the agreed allowance.
Provide a short monthly work summary.
You supply a new photo and an updated service description. We confirm the work, obtain approval and make the agreed change within the plan’s available allowance. If it needs more work than the allowance or scope covers, it is quoted first.
A site-file copy is not automatically a copy of an inbox, database or third-party account. The written scope confirms what the work covers.

The project story
For a project story, send accurate notes and photos you can use. A story describes the real work without inventing reviews or results. Captions are supplied for you to publish.
How care runs
Care is optional, month to month and starts after launch. Cancel before the next billing period. Requests come by email, and changes need your approval before publication. Unused time does not roll over.
What it does not cover
Checks are monthly. Continuous monitoring and emergency response are not included. Larger repairs and new work are quoted first. Rankings, inquiries and sales are not guaranteed.
The monthly website checklist walks through a concrete example: visible email text is updated while its link still points to an old address. It shows why a check should follow the intended customer route rather than stop at “the page loads.”
Quattro’s own site demonstrates how a service can be explained alongside its boundaries and inquiry route. It is an own-business example, not a customer endorsement or proof of care results.
For an existing site, send its URL and a short list of changes. If the issues are structural, the repair-or-redesign guide helps prepare a separate scope discussion.
A new site, a focused fix or ongoing care. Share what you have and what you want customers to do next. We agree the work in a written quote.
