If customers need to understand what you offer, where you work and how to ask about a job, a focused business website can give those answers a home. Quattro Tech works with trades and local service businesses, with Charlie as your direct contact.

This can suit a first website or a replacement for information that no longer reflects the business. If the existing structure still works, a focused repair or refresh may be the right scope. Compare website build costs and optional monthly website care before choosing a scope.

A practical page structure

What goes on a service website?

A simple service-business website explains your services, actual service area and how to ask about a job. The pages and features are agreed in your quote. Any customer name, photo, quote or result needs permission and evidence before it goes on the site.

Hypothetical service-business example
  1. A homepage

Explains the main job and actual service area.

  2. A service page

Answers what is and is not covered, with permitted photos.

  3. A contact page

Explains what to send for an inquiry.

This is one possible structure, not a fixed $500 deliverable list.

Scope

Agree the work. Then build.

Every project is quoted

Smaller website projects are available at $500 where the agreed scope fits. Every project is quoted for the work involved; the $2,000 package is one option.

The $2,000 package includes up to three static pages, one basic inquiry form, existing branding, light edits of supplied copy and two revision rounds.

That package includes phone and desktop layouts, call/email links and search foundations: titles, descriptions, headings and a sitemap where supported. You supply approved branding, copy and photos. Stores, payments, booking systems, extensive copywriting and custom integrations need their own agreed scope.

How it works

From a brief to an approved preview.

  1. 1

    Start with the business.

Share your services, existing site if any, actual service area, available materials and the action you want customers to take.

  2. 2

    Confirm the quote.

Agree pages, features, revisions, price, payment terms and dates in writing. Additional work receives a quote first.

  3. 3

    Review the preview.

Check the agreed pages and content before launch. The $2,000 package includes two revision rounds and its $1,000 balance is due after completed-preview approval, before launch. Other projects follow their own terms.

  4. 4

    Keep ownership clear.

Your domain and hosting accounts stay yours. Site files and transferable custom work are handed over after payment; third-party assets retain their licenses. Monthly care is optional.

The duck takes each step in turn: the brief, the quote, the preview, the launch.

Work & preparation

See the decisions in context.

See the own-site example and layout study

Quattro’s own website shows the offer, care boundaries and inquiry route in a working example. The work page also includes an original fictional service-page study. Neither is presented as a commissioned customer result.

The quote checklist

To prepare a brief, gather your existing logo, accurate service notes and photos you have permission to use. The quote checklist helps identify what is ready and what needs work. Search visibility and inquiries depend on more than a site build; rankings, inquiries and sales are not guaranteed.
